The quiet sense of something lost

Finally made my trip down to RWS this weekend. ever since its opening in Singapore, I’ve only been to RWS once, and it was for a dinner event so i haven’t actually had the chance to explore the place. Was like a happy tourist the moment i entered the activity area, where USS, SEA Aquarium and Adventure Cove are. I must say Singapore has done a really good job in her continuous effort to keep our tourism industry booming. One more reason why I love Singapore!

So this Saturday saw me in SEA Aquarium! Really hope to return for Adventure Cove and USS in the very near future (although I don’t really dare to take the rides :x)

where all the tourists take like 50 photos with 100 others in the frame hahaha.

Glad that I booked the tickets online, so I got to skip all that queuing :)

This looks sooooo real! Good job in making theses reefs! Made me wish I was diving so bad :(

I wished I were on the other side of the glass instead.

felt really sad for these dolphins actually. They look so… domesticated :(

There’s something really therapeutic just looking at these little creatures in a gigantic tank. It’s just so… Peaceful.

& Mr Hammerhead! The last time I saw you in the deep blue, you swam away from me so quickly I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of you. You made me make a sudden dive from 12m to 35m and had to do 3 decompression stops. Please be kind the next time! xx

Actually I do wonder if these sharks will grow up to the normal adult size since they’re now no longer predators of the sea but held in captive :(

Returned to Sentosa to get some sun because I think I’m turning… yellow. Is that even possible? Well, I do miss the sun and it makes me feel kinda alive just lying on the beach basking in the sun.

This has a very “Save Heaven” feel!

And this sums up my well-spent weekend, plus a much-procrastinated swim, badminton session and more family bonding.
Monday again when I wake up, hope it’ll be a good week.
